ABOUT THE FOUNDER

The Journey Behind MindKind Collective

I built this firm to shape a future of work that is human-first, equity-rooted, and created with those too often left out of leadership and innovation.

As an Eritrean American immigrant and mother, resilience has defined my journey. Arriving in the U.S. at 13, I learned early that no one should have to struggle alone to feel seen, safe, or supported. That belief drives everything I do.

For 15+ years, I’ve been at the frontlines of labor relations, workforce equity, and organizational transformation negotiating contracts, building equity pipelines, and driving cultural change that touches thousands of lives. My work has spanned unions, nonprofits, and public agencies, always with one goal: to put people at the center of power.
